Ingredients
Warm the milk over medium-low heat (do not boil).
Whisk in cocoa powder and salt until completely smooth.
Add chocolate chips and chopped unsweetened chocolate. Whisk constantly until melted.
Stir in cinnamon and chili.
Let it gently simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring often, until thick and velvety.
Taste and add sugar as needed.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Serve immediately.
