Preheat your waffle machine and throw in slices of tofu until golden-brown - it will probably take 10-20 minutes, depending on the type of tofu and waffle machine! Super-firm tofu will be the quickest.
In the meantime, mix together seasoning.
Once that’s done, make the nacho cheese sauce by throwing all of the ingredients in a blender and blitzing until smooth and well combined.
Once the waffle tofu is ready, cut each waffle into 3-4 chunky fries.
Throw the chopped tofu in a bowl, sprinkle over the seasoning and toss to coat.
Serve the fries with the dip and get stuck in.
