Breakfast Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Line bread pan with parchment paper.

  3. Combine dry ingredients. Set aside.

  4. Combine wet ingredients. Set aside.

  5. Fold extra (optional) ingredients into dry ingredients, then slowly add wet ingredients and combine until JUST mixed, but still a little clumpy. Do not mix to completely smooth!

  6. Pour batter into lined bread pan.

  7. Bake at least 40 minutes, until top is golden brown, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If it's not done, bake another 7 minutes, test again, another 7 minutes, test again, and so on, until the toothpick comes out clean.

  8. When it's done, pull your paper out with the bread and set it on a cooling rack. (Your front stovetop burner will do if you don't have a cooling rack.) Let cool for at least 10 minutes, then slice.
