Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes
  1. In a bowl mix milk with vinegar. Let it sit for 5 min.

  2. Add sugar, oil & vanilla extract. Mix until sugar is almost dissolved.

  3. Add the dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Fill the cupcake liners with the cupcake batter ¾ into each cupcake liner and bake at 350f for 13-15 minutes or until firm to touch.

  5. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and cream. Cook on medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils.

  6. Stir butter and cook for 2-3 minute and stirring occasionally until mixture thickens.

  7. Stir vanilla and pinch of salt. Strain the sauce into a clean container. cover the surface with plastic wrap. Chill it in the fridge. Fill fudge sauce into the cupcakes.

  8. Whip butter & powdered sugar in a mixing bowl using an electric whisk or a paddle attachment for 5 min until fluffy and creamy

  9. Add soft cream cheese, sifted cocoa powder, vanilla extract. Mix for 1minute. Pipe prepared frosting on the cupcakes.
