Blackstone Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and water. Set aside. In a separate small bowl, combine the Panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.

  2. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture. Make sure that the pork chops are completely coated.

  3. Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium heat (approximately 350 degrees F). Watch the temperature closely. If it gets too hot, the pork chops coating will burn. Once the grill is heated. Spread the butter on the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.

  4. Place the pork chops on the grill over the butter. Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and the coating on the pork is lightly golden brown. Watch closely so that the coating does not burn.

  5. Remove the pork chops from the grill, let sit for 5 minutes. Then they are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
