Russian Meat Ball Soup
  1. Combine meat ball ingredients, form mini balls (should make around 30 or more!

  2. Brown the meatballs in batches, and set aside. Add onion and cook til soft.

  3. Throw in celery, carrot, potato, and garlic. Fry still a little soft.

  4. Deglazed with broth. Add 2 bay leaves, dried parsley, and dried dill.

  5. Bring to boil, and throw in meatballs. let simmer for 20-30 minutes (lid on) (stir occasionally).

  6. Serve with fresh herbs and pasta or rice (optional)
