Add tuna, mayo, sriracha and lemon juice to a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Lay the @gimmeseaweed big sheets on a clean dry surface. Using scissors, cut from the middle, bottom up, until halfway of the wrap. Arrange your fillings on the big sheets. Place the tuna mix on the bottom left side, cream cheese and sriracha on the top left side, avocado and rice on the top right side, and cucumber on the bottom right side.
Add the final touches by drizzling sriracha across your fillings and sprinkling over the sesame seeds and sliced spring onions. Fold your wrap, beginning with the bottom side and following the order of the fillings. Devour!
To make the Seaweed Chip Puffs: Put one sheet of rice paper on a clean counter and lay some Gimme Roasted Seaweed. Slightly wet another sheet of rice paper and lay it on top. Pressing with the palm of your hand to seal it. Repeat 3 more times until you have the desired amount of chips. Cut it in small pieces with a pizza cutter or scissors. Air fry at 400 for 8 mins. Season with salt and Devour!
