Brew strong coffee and freeze in ice cube trays (do this ahead of time).
You’ll need about 4-6 coffee ice cubes.
Add coffee ice cubes to a blender.
Add regular ice cubes to the blender.
Pour in cold milk.
Add flavored syrup of your choice.
If making mocha freeze, add chocolate sauce.
Add heavy cream for richness.
Add sugar for sweetness.
Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth and slushy.
The texture should be like a frozen drink, not icy.
If too thick, add more milk and blend again.
Pour into a large 20 oz glass.
Top with generous whipped cream.
Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce and serve immediately with a wide straw or spoon.
