Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
Add the cumin, coriander, paprika, and salt. Toss to coat.
Drizzle the olive oil over the nut and seed mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until lightly golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
