Easy Chicken Marinade
  1. Grate three to four garlic cloves on a microplane.

  2. Add about ⅓ to a half of a cup of honey.

  3. Add the same amount of Dijon mustard.

  4. Add a pinch of kosher salt.

  5. Add some black pepper.

  6. Add some onion powder.

  7. Add the tiniest little shot of vinegar.

  8. Drizzle in some olive oil while whisking.

  9. Once the mixture resembles mayonnaise, add boneless, skinless chicken thighs into the marinade.

  10. Cover with plastic and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour or two, or overnight.

  11. Place chicken onto a foil-lined sheet tray.

  12. Roast at 450F for about 25-30 minutes.

  13. If fully cooked but not caramelized, place under a broiler for a minute, keeping an eye on it.
