Small Batch Pie Crust
  1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Mix together. You may have to use your hands.

  3. Keep working the dough to get all dry ingredients incorporated.

  4. Once mixed together, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from fridge and roll out two crusts.

  6. Roll the dough between wax paper. You may need a bit of extra flour to help it not stick.
