Chop the red onion into small pieces.
Cube the green and red bell peppers.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed paneer, chopped onion, and cubed bell peppers.
Add olive oil, besan, hung curd, and all the spices including Kashmiri chilli powder, ajwain, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, kasoori methi, lemon juice, and chat masala.
Season with salt to taste.
Mix everything well until the paneer and vegetables are evenly coated with the marinade.
Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or oven.
Skewer the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill or bake until the paneer is golden and slightly charred, turning occasionally.
