Sweet & Tangy Crispy Tofu Lettuce Wraps
  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400.

  2. Drain and press your tofu in a clean dish towel for 15+ minutes.

  3. Tear the tofu into small pieces with your hands.

  4. Add sesame oil, salt, and tapioca flour to the tofu and toss until coated.

  5. If using an oven, place the tofu on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes.

  6. If using an air fryer, air fry the tofu for 15-25 minutes.

  7. In a small mason jar, mix coconut aminos and hoisin sauce for the tofu sauce and set aside.

  8. In a mixing bowl, add all cole slaw ingredients and set aside in the fridge.

  9. Create the cole slaw marinade by mixing all marinade ingredients in a mason jar.

  10. In a serving bowl, add cole slaw and marinade, then toss until coated.

  11. Remove some leaves from the butter lettuce onto a plate.

  12. Add the cooked tofu to a serving bowl.

  13. To eat, grab a lettuce leaf, add cole slaw, and crispy tofu. Garnish with micro greens.
