Mix filling ingredients together until well blended; place in prepared crust.
Place meringue ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook until mixture boils; then let cool.
Beat together 3 egg whites until stiff.
Fold in cooled meringue mixture and beat till mixed well.
Place on filled pie making sure it goes completely to the edge to seal it.
Bake on the lowest rack at 375 F for 10-12 minutes.
