Mix four and mix in a bowl
Grate your butter and mix with a fork into the flour mixture just slightly until flour covers all the butter
Make a "bowl" in the flour mixture and pour water in it. Mix with fork until fully combined
Lightly flour parchment paper and pour dough onto it.
Flour a rolling pin and roughly roll dough out into a rectangle
Take one third of the dough and fold into the middle. Then take the other third and fold into the middle as well.
Roll out dough again and repeat the folding process 6-8 times until a smooth rectangle of dough
Put another piece of parchment paper on top and fold dough up and place into the fridge for at least as hour.
