Jumbo Firecracker Shrimp Roll
  1. Do a few small cut on the inside of the shrimp before marinating. This will help the shrimps stay straight. Making wrapping easier and won't curls up when frying.

  2. When ready to sealed. Make sure to grab the cornstarch batter mixture from the bottom. Not just the liquid on the top.

  3. Put roll on cooling rack when done.

  4. You can also air fry. Spray with cooking oil before frying.
