Ingredients
• 6 medium vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped
• 4 ribs celery, chopped
• 4 jalapeno chile peppers, finely chopped
• 4 serrano or other chile peppers, finely chopped
• 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
• .5 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
• 1 cup chopped mango (optional)
• .5 cup sweet onion, chopped
• .5 cup key lime juice
• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
• ground black pepper to taste
