Buttermilk Syrup

(Makes approximately 2 cups of syrup)

  1. Combine the above ingredients. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.

  2. Boil for two minutes in a large pan (this stuff GROWS!!)

  3. Remove from heat and add 2 t vanilla, stir

  4. Let cool stirring every 5 minutes or so to keep the butter from separating.

  5. Store in the refrigerator. Reheat before each use.
