Blueberry Cream Cheese Loaf
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease loaf pans.

  2. Toss blueberries with 2 tbsp flour.

  3. Beat butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  5. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.

  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.

  7. Divide batter evenly between loaf pans and bake for 45–55 minutes.

  8. Let cool before slicing.
