Put Hawaiian rolls into a baking dish
Make two slits down each roll without cutting all the way through
In a bowl, combine softened butter, fresh parsley, garlic salt, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan
Stuff the rolls with shredded mozzarella, filling every crease and crevice
Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the rolls
Bake in the oven at 400°F for about 12 minutes
