Flaken Cut Smoked Short Ribs
  1. Combine all Ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. In a ziplock bag, add your ribs and pour in the marinade.

  3. Let marinate for minimum 4 hours, or up to overnight.

  4. Start up the Bradley Smoker and get it to 225ºF (107ºC) with Beer or Hickory Bisquettes.

  5. Remove the ribs and clean them. Leave a wet coating on.

  6. Keep the marinade and put it into a pot. Bring it to a light simmer for 4-5 min, then remove from the heat.

  7. Place the ribs on a rack in the smoker and allow to smoke for 30 minutes or until internal temp is 125ºF (52ºC).

  8. After smoking, you can eat the ribs as is or sear them on a hot grill for extra flavor.

  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
