Prepare the Flatbreads: Divide the dough, roll out each portion into a thin circle. Mix minced garlic and parsley, brush each dough circle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic and parsley mixture, add salt and pepper to taste.
Air Fry the Flatbreads: Preheat air fryer to 370°F. Place flatbreads in the air fryer basket, air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Let the flatbreads cool slightly before serving.
