Wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Boil for 3-4 minutes in salt water. Drain and pat dry after boiling and transfer in a bowl. Add corn flour and salt, mix well.
Heat oil and fry the potatoes on medium heat until crispy and golden.
In a pan on medium heat add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Add fries and mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander and parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
