Zucchini Bread Recipe With Chocolate Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment.

  2. Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  4. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with both sugars.

  5. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and squeezed zucchini to the bowl.

  6. Gently fold in dry ingredients with a spatula.

  7. Add chocolate chips and finish mixing until just combined.

  8. Pour batter into the pan and top with more chocolate chips.

  9. Bake 60–70 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

  10. Cool in the pan for 30–40 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
