Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment.
Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with both sugars.
Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and squeezed zucchini to the bowl.
Gently fold in dry ingredients with a spatula.
Add chocolate chips and finish mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into the pan and top with more chocolate chips.
Bake 60–70 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Cool in the pan for 30–40 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
