Preheat oven to 400F
Cover sheet pan with foil. Lay chicken and green beans in an even layer.
Mix together garlic, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Pour mixture over chicken and green beans.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Put in oven for 25-30 min, or until chicken reaches 165F.
Serve over rice with a drizzle of soy sauce, or some Japanese BBQ
