Cabbage Shrimp Rolls
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add napa cabbage leaves. Blanch for about one minute or until pliable and then immediately transfer into cold water.

  2. While we wait for the cabbage to cool, prepare shrimp and vegetables of choice. Dice into small pieces.

  3. In a mixing bowl, add shrimp, vegetables, and sauces. Thoroughly mix to combine.

  4. Lay cabbage leaves flat, add shrimp mix and roll into large dumplings.

  5. In a pan over medium heat, add cabbage, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked. There should be water residue but if there isn't, add a few tablespoons of water to help with the steam.

  6. Once cooked through, transfer to a plate, top with chili oil and enjoy!
