Season thin chicken breasts with salt, italian seasoning, and garlic
Cook chicken for 5 min per side until brown in olive oil and butter
Remove chicken from pan, deglaze with white wine
Add chicken broth (2 cups ish) and ½ cup of heavy cream and lemon juice
Add 1 packet of gnocchi (you want the liquid to cover the gnocchi, so add more broth if needed)
Bring to a boil and let simmer until thickened
Add chicken back in and enjoy
