Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with buttermilk. Stir until just combined (don't overmix!).
Fold in blueberries gently using a spatula.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes
