Soft And Moist Blueberry Loaf
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with buttermilk. Stir until just combined (don't overmix!).

  5. Fold in blueberries gently using a spatula.

  6. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes

  8. Slice & Enjoy!
