Add one tablespoon of chia seeds at the bottom of each glass.
Crush the inside seeds of 2 cardamon and add it to this.
Then add 3 tablespoons of almond milk of your choice and mix.
Let it set for about 20 minutes until it has a 'pudding' consistency.
Make a mixture of mango and yoghurt - double the amount of mango to the yoghurt and blend them together in a blender with a pinch of turmeric and a few saffron strands until you have a smooth consistency.
Top this over the chia seeds once they have set.
Finely chop some almond and sprinkle this on top.
Keep it in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
