Cottage Cheese Blueberry Breakfast Bagels
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, honey, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms. Gently fold in blueberries.

  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a bagel by forming a ring with a hole in the center.

  4. Brush the bagels with beaten egg and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
