Pre-heat oven 450 degrees F.
Cream butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
On low speed add in sifted flour with baking powder one third at a time carefully and incorporate before adding yogurt and cranberries to form a stiff dough.
Roll out and cut into rounds (roughly 2"-2 ½") or triangles 2 ½" long.
Bake for 14-15 minutes until GBD.
Serve with butter, jam, or clotted cream.
