Cherry Blossom Cold Foam At Home
  1. Add all ingredients for the syrup to a pot and bring to a low simmer.

  2. Cover the pot for the first 30 minutes and then simmer uncovered for 15 to allow the syrup to thicken.

  3. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.

  4. Strain and press juice from the fruit.

  5. Bottle and store the syrup in the fridge for several weeks.

  6. Add ⅓ cup or so of cold milk of choice to a cup or jar.

  7. Add 2 tablespoons of syrup (or more to taste) to the milk.

  8. Add a touch of vanilla bean and a pinch of salt.

  9. Froth with a hand frother.

  10. Top your beverages of choice with this floral and fruity foam.
