Chef Cuso's - Cajun Butter Salmon

Ingredients:

    Honey Butter Cajun Salmon

  1. Remove Skin by pouring boiling water over the skin, then peel off

  2. Cut Salmon lengthwise into 3 strips, leaving connected at the top

  3. Season with Cajun seasoning - Cuso's Cajun Explosion

  4. Braid and put skew thru the end.

  5. Grill on 300° - light smoke - put your thermometer in.

  6. Make Cajun Butter with Cajun Seasoning, and then lots of Honey

  7. Baste the Salmon with Cajun Butter. Salmon should be 145°.
