Ingredients:
Remove Skin by pouring boiling water over the skin, then peel off
Cut Salmon lengthwise into 3 strips, leaving connected at the top
Season with Cajun seasoning - Cuso's Cajun Explosion
Braid and put skew thru the end.
Grill on 300° - light smoke - put your thermometer in.
Make Cajun Butter with Cajun Seasoning, and then lots of Honey
Baste the Salmon with Cajun Butter. Salmon should be 145°.
