Slice croissants in half
Melt butter, and mix in honey, brown sugar and salt until it thickens.
Dip slices croissant into the mixture (I let it soak for about 5-10 seconds), and then place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for about 5-10 mins depending on how hot your oven gets. The croissants are already baked, so you just want the mixture to heat and develop a caramelized coating.
