Cook pasta to al dente using package directions.
In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add the mushrooms and cook until browned and tender, about five to seven minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for one minute longer, until aromatic.
Stir in the wine and cook until reduced.
Add cream, stock and seasonings and bring them to a boil.
Cook, stirring until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Toss with pasta and serve sprinkled with parsley.
