Air-fried Crispy Cauliflower
  1. Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly.

  2. Cut into evenly sized florets.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.

  4. In another bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  5. Dip each floret into the wet mixture.

  6. Roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.

  7. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.

  8. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.

  9. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the basket.

  10. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

  11. Cook until golden brown and crispy.

  12. Garnish with parsley, Parmesan cheese, or a squeeze of lemon juice.

  13. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
