Single Serve White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie (small Batch)
  1. Get the oven preheating to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the softened butter and sugars until combined.

  3. Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla until well combined.

  4. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Then mix in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.

  5. Pop the dough in the fridge for 15-20 minutes while the oven finishes preheating.

  6. Roll the dough into two balls and place on a baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 11–13 minutes - until the edges are golden and set and the centers are just set.

  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes.
