Mediterranean Creamy Beef Bowtie Pasta
  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook onion until soft, then add garlic. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 3 minutes. Add milk and Greek yogurt (or cream cheese). Stir until smooth and creamy.

  4. Mix in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted.

  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water for a silkier sauce.

  6. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
