Preheat oven to 375F
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, raw grated garlic, ginger, green onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth and well combined.
Gently fold in the crab meat, 1 cup of the mozzarella, and ½ cup of the Parmesan cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or cast-iron skillet and smooth the top. Top with your remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling. You can also just broil it until it's golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before brushing with the chili sauce and green onions.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Working in batches, carefully add the wonton triangles to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Remove the wonton chips from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Immediately sprinkle them with salt while warm.
