Bourbon Pecans
  1. Whip egg and bourbon together until frothy.

  2. Toss pecans in egg mixture.

  3. Combine sugars, salt, and cinnamon.

  4. Add to pecans.

  5. Spread flat on cookie sheet and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes.
