Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
8 strips of bacon
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F
Prepare Chicken: Slice each chicken breast into 4 long, thin strips.
Season: In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken strips in this mixture until well-coated.
Wrap: Wrap each chicken tender in a strip of bacon and arrange them in a baking dish.
Add Extra Flavor: Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar over the wrapped chicken tenders.
Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
