Combine the scalded milk, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Let it cool.
Add the dry yeast and beaten eggs to the above mixture.
Mix all the ingredients for a smooth, soft dough.
Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface for several minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until at least double in bulk.
Divide the dough into thirds.
Roll each third out on the floured surface to a 9-inch circle.
Brush each circle with melted butter.
Cut each circle into 12-16 wedges.
Roll each wedge starting with the wide end.
Arrange the rolls on a greased baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Cover and let the rolls rise until almost double in size again.
Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the rolls from the pan and brush with butter.
Cool the rolls on racks.
