In a small bowl, toss together the rinsed and drained black beans with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
Bake the sweet potatoes for about 45-60 minutes until tender.
Carefully take them out of the oven and let them cool slightly.
Slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise, creating a boat shape.
Spoon the seasoned black bean mixture into the middle of the sweet potatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
