Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit and grab your ingredients.
Combine sugars, butter and pumpkin puree. Mix well.
Add in vanilla and all the spices. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute.
Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder in seperate bowl. Gradually add this to the wet mixture until combined.
Scoop out 2 tbsp sized balls of cookie dough and roll with your palms. Roll all of the balls in the cinnamon sugar and then place on a baking tray.
Flatten the cookies slightly using the bottom of a glass cup. These cookies don't spread a ton so flattening them is important!
Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Let these cool completely before melting your white chocolate and dipping the bottoms.
Let the white chocolate set for an hour in the fridge. Enjoy!!
