Place frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, white chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut and plant milk in a blender.
Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add maple syrup (or honey or agave) if the smoothie is not sweet enough.
If you prefer thinner smoothies, add a couple more tablespoons of milk.
Pour into a tall glass, add toppings if you like and enjoy!
