Protein Peanut Butter Cups
  1. Mix together vanilla fat free sugar free Greek yogurt, real peanut butter, PB Fit peanut butter powder, sugar-free syrup or monkfruit sweetener, salt, and cinnamon until well combined

  2. If mixture is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached

  3. Add peanut butter mixture to mason jars and pack it down, portioning into 8 jars for best chocolate to peanut butter ratio

  4. Add semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil (optional) to a glass measuring cup

  5. Place the measuring cup in a small pot with water (do not allow water to spill into the cup) and bring water to a boil

  6. Mix the chocolate regularly until smooth

  7. Using an oven mitt, quickly pour the chocolate evenly over the peanut butter mixture in each jar

  8. Optional: stick a half Reese's into the top of each cup

  9. Add to the freezer for about 20 minutes to harden

  10. Serve and enjoy; store in the refrigerator for 4-7 days
