Add the water, fish sauce, Yondu sauce, and dried kombucha to a shallow pot or pan.
Boil for 15 minutes over medium high heat without the lid.
Add everything else but the rice and green onions cakes to the pan and stir till smooth
Add rice cakes and green onions and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Tips:
Add Korean sausage, hard boiled egg, one adding the rice cakes in green onion, to make it more hardy.
Eat with a fried egg on the side with banchan if you want some sides too.
