  2. Combine eggs, cottage cheese, and all seasonings in a high-powered blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.

  3. Pour about ¼ cup of the egg mixture into each muffin cavity.

  4. Top each cup with shredded cheese and your chosen mix-ins. Gently stir with the back of a spoon to incorporate. Add an extra sprinkle of cheese on top if desired.
