High Iron Vegan Brownies
  1. Add everything (bar the choc) to a blender and blend until smooth and thick

  2. Melt HALF of the chocolate and add to the mixture - blending immediately

  3. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tray and top with the rest of the dark choc broken up into chunks

  4. Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes and allow to cool until you slice up and serve!

  5. ENJOY!!!
