Prepare the meat filling by combining minced meat with tail fat or ghee
Dice onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and green chili pepper
Chop parsley and mince garlic clove
Mix the diced vegetables and parsley with the minced meat
Add hawawshi mix, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, paprika, and 7 spices to the meat mixture
Add beef broth to the filling and mix well
Prepare tahini sauce by combining tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, white vinegar, cumin, coriander, and paprika
Add water to tahini sauce until desired consistency is reached
Stuff each baladi bread with the meat filling
Cook the hawawshi until golden and cooked through
Serve with tahini sauce
